Last week I watched an interview with the CEO of Kilo.Health. He’s number 46th wealthiest person in Lithuania. It was recommended to watch this in invitation before the first meeting of React Native position. Looks like position itself will be to support, update and add more features into the companion app of Pulsetto, mental health device to relieve stress.

The brightest memory that stuck in my head from the video was strangely a fridge, which played a different music track each time the door was open. I’ve also liked the way Tadas looks at life challenges – he suggests to avoid listening for too much of advice and to make things happen instead. In their company they also have a special person resposible for well-being of co-workers and strangely they call him “San Diego”, because he was wearing such shirt before being hired. And the last but not least thing that I recall from the video is their process of inventing new ideas which they call “disovery”. It is a process when multiple people enter a mostly white room and they can act how they prefer and draw whatever comes to their mind just to reach that ‘bingo’ moment of great thing.
